As we get closer to the Wine Dinner on November 16th, we are excited to let our guests in on some exciting details for the evening.
Upon arrival, guests will be presented with a taste of Segura Brut Rose and an amuse bouche prepared by our culinary staff. The first course of the evening will be paired with a Duckhorn Chardonnay. As we continue on to the second course, a pairing of Elouan Pinot Noir will be paired with a Faroe Island Salmon. Moving on to the third course, a delectable lamb dish will be highlighted with an Emmolo Merlot. A Nickel & Nickel Cabernet will be showcased along with one of our Prime Steaks for the fourth pairing of the evening. And, last but not least, our pastry chef is busily preparing a special dessert to be served with a delicious and unique Port wine.
